Can I return an item?

Yes. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving the item for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Since these are spiritual art pieces hand-woven just for you, we really hope you’ll love them and kindly ask that you only return them if there is a quality issue.

How can I get a replacement for an item with quality issues?

You may get a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item for quality issues. Please contact us by emailing: support@nyenchentanglhaenergy.

Once the quality issue has been confirmed, we will cover the reshipment cost for the item.

However, after 30 days of receiving the item, we do not provide any replacement due to any reason.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Order cancellation must be requested with 24 hours of placing your order by emailing: support@nyenchentanglhaenergy.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow the return process above.
