We provide worldwide shipping and partner with reliable carriers. If a destination cannot be serviced due to remote location restrictions, we will check with the carrier to confirm whether delivery is available.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping for all products. Customers do not pay for the shipping fee.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Our products come from Lhasa, Tibet. After receiving your order, we hand-weave each piece individually and personally for you. It is then shipped to eastern China before being sent out worldwide, which is why it requires some processing time.
